talk and tell

Can we talk now? I will tell you a story with these two words.

Oh!  Do not say the L when you say “talk“.  Say it like “tok”.  🙄

Jamal is sick, so he goes to the doctor.

👨‍⚕️ Hello Jamal. How are you?

🤒 mmm  mmm mmm mmm.

👨‍⚕️ What?

🤒  mmm mmm MMM MMM!

👨‍⚕️ Can you talk?

🤒    👎

👨‍⚕️ Please drink this.  🍵  Now try to talk.

🤒  Wow!  👍  I can talk now!

👨‍⚕️ Good.  Please tell me if you are OK now.

🤒  Yes, I feel good.

👨‍⚕️ OK.  Please tell your mother Hello for me.

🤒  OK, I will tell her.  Oh!  She told me to tell you something.

👨‍⚕️ What?

🤒  She needs more medicine. 💊💊

👨‍⚕️ Oh yes, we talked about that.  I will talk to her tomorrow.  Please tell her that, OK?

🤒  Yes, I will tell her.

👨‍⚕️ And tell your father that I am happy he is not sick.

🤒  Yes, I will tell him.  Can I tell you something?

👨‍⚕️ Yes, what?

😀  I am happy I can talk again.  Thank you, Doctor!
